Identify Prospecting Site

Commissioner of Mines (Site visit done by Commissioner of mines within 14 days )

Notify applicant if site viable or not

If not viable identify another site if viable applicant completes the application form and submit to Commissioner

Technical Evaluation by Commissioner of Mines if approved Move it Mining Board

Final Evaluation by Mining Board (3 months)
