Process Steps

Step 1

The applicant submits the application together with the supporting documents to the Plant Protection Section

Step 2

The Receiving officer processes the application.

if satisfactory; forwards the application documents together with the certificate and inspection report to the authorizing officer

Step 4

The authorizing officer receives the application, certificate, inspection report and supporting documents and verifies the information.

If satisfactory; AO approves the application by signing the certificate

Step 3
